⚠️ Important Appointment Policies
By booking a fit test, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Strict Facial Hair & Makeup Policy Masks cannot seal properly over facial hair or heavy makeup.
You must be clean-shaven where the respirator seals to your face.
If you arrive with facial hair or makeup that affects the seal, we cannot proceed with the test.
In this event, you will be turned away, and no refund will be provided.
2. No Refund / No Show Policy
All sales are final. There are no refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment if you provide at least 2 days (48 hours) notice. Requests made within 48 hours of the appointment time cannot be accommodated.
