First Aid CPR AED Certification Course

  • Everyone! This includes Non-Healthcare workers, Teachers, Child Care Staff, Massage Therapists, CHHA’s, Camp Counselors, Lifeguards, Coaches, and Caregivers (DDD/PPL)

This is a combined CPR AED & First Aid Course that can be tailored to your needs:

Part 1 (2 hours): Learn CPR for Adults, Children, and Infants, how to handle choking emergencies, and proper use of an AED (Automated External Defibrillator).

Part 2 (2 hours): Covers essential First Aid skills to respond to injuries and emergencies.

Flexible Option:
If you only need CPR certification, you can leave after completing Part 1.

AHA ACLS Provider (New/Recert) $225

The AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Course is an in-person course conducted by friendly experienced staff. The course is great for healthcare providers managing cardiopulmonary arrest, cardiovascular emergencies, and emergency/medical response personnel. Great for Nurses, EMT's, Paramedics, Physicians, Respiratory Therapists. Small Classes!

Is BLS for Healthcare?

Yes, BLS (Basic Life Support) was formerly called BLS Healthcare Provider, but the name was changed by the AHA several years ago. BLS is the required CPR certification class for healthcare workers. Get your BLS certification in only 3 hours.

Will I learn CPR for infants, children, and adults in BLS?

YES! BLS is CPR for anyone working in a healthcare setting such as a hospital, medical office, dental office. The Basic Life Support classes teach CPR (and AED usage) for all ages. BLS is a great CPR course for anyone desiring CPR training.

How is the First Aid CPR AED class different?

This awesome course covers a wide variety of emergencies such as how to respond to a heart attacks, strokes, allergic reactions, bleeding wounds, and much more. At the start of the class we cover hands on CPR training for Adults, Children, and Infants. If you are a caretaker this is the course for you. Get your CPR and First Aid certification in our single session 4 hour class. After your CPR training, you will feel more confident than ever responding to emergencies.

I’ve taken BLS in the past, can I take a BLS renewal class?

We have shortened our BLS course so all of our classes are the same length. New BLS and BLS Renewals are the same.

Do I have to get on my knees?

NO! We perform the skills on a table, so no strain or stress on your knees.

When will I receive my certification card?

You will receive your AHA certification card the same day of your class. The AHA only provides digital cards, so we email the cards after you have completed your class.

Do I need to purchase a book?

We provide books for each person in our BLS and First Aid/CPR AED classes? You may also purchase a manual when you arrive to your class.

I took a CPR class online or through another organization and now my employer will not accept my certification?

Our students have made it clear that a large majority of hospitals, schools, and government agencies DO NOT accept online learning. And, most require an American Heart Association CPR Certification. As a result, ALL of our classes are in person. And, our CPR Training Center is well respected because we offer the best CPR training experience.

What if I am nervous about taking a CPR class?

We work very hard to make each CPR training class fun, relaxed, and enjoyable! We make ALL of our courses as stress free as possible.


REFUND POLICY:

All BLS/First Aid CPR AED cancellations must take place 2 days prior to the course date. Refunds will be issued minus cost on manual. Cost of manual will not be refunded. Course transfers must take place 2 days prior to initial course registration. NO REFUNDS FOR "NO SHOW" STUDENTS. If a student does not show up for a class the course fees will not be refunded. All ACLS and PALS cancellations must take place 14 days prior to class date. This policy is firm regardless of date of registration.

LATE POLICY:

Please DO NOT ARRIVE LATE. Students are not permitted to enter the course if late by 10 minutes or more - NO EXCEPTIONS and YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE A REFUND.
